◎簡 介
喬治和琳達生活在大都市紐約，繁重的工作和極端的壓力讓他們漸漸失去瞭自己的生活，而工作則在悄無聲息中成為瞭他們生命的唯一元素。突然有一天，喬治被解雇瞭，無奈之下，這兩口子隻有搬出自己住瞭很久的家，準備換個地方重新開始。
可是，要離開紐約，他們要去哪裡呢？在佐治亞州，他們還有點親戚。於是他們變決定去“投奔家屬”。一路上，他們碰到瞭形形色色的怪人。還誤闖入瞭一個裸體主義者居住的社區。
到達目的地後，他們卻發現自己和當地人格格不入。於是，他們便再一次踏上瞭漫遊的路程。在一次次的漫遊中，喬治和琳達漸漸找回瞭往昔的感覺，而丟掉的生活也因為丟掉的工作而慢慢回歸。
