<u>Method:</u>
1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put the marinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set aside for later use.
2. Crush the salted egg yolk, set aside.
3. Heat the wok, switch to small flame and melt butter. Stir in the salted egg yolk, add the fried sliced pork prepared earlier. Stir-fry to mix well and dish out to serve.
