刺身肥牛皆出色@金湯鍋
友人生日,飯局好簡單唔洗諗當然又係打邊爐,一行八人去左長沙灣﹗

店名叫金湯鍋,在東京街﹗

先點湯底,要瞭水蟹花甲鍋,$108唔算貴﹗
左邊一份是湯底的材料,與湯分開上,夠細心,海鮮唔洗灼得過熟﹗
右邊是另外加點一份的大蜆﹗

點瞭墨魚滑同蝦滑,兩隻滑都睇到係鮮墨魚鮮蝦打出來,咬口彈牙,味道不錯,比較之下蝦滑味道比較突出﹗

炸魚皮、生根、魚皮餃不可少吧?

冰鎮八爪魚,$80碟,食落有如日式刺身,唔覺係咩招牌菜﹗

叫滿一枱食物啊﹗

最美妙的是魚刺身,聽常來的朋友講話來金湯鍋必吃其刺身,魚自己在魚缸揀,新鮮生切﹗
仲要價錢唔貴,呢條細鱗$148﹗魚味濃而鮮美﹗
吃完之後將條魚骨放入湯底,愈滾愈濃﹗

友人話打邊爐食泥鯭是一種享受﹗

再來是一條斤幾重既章紅,本來我一向都唔鍾意食魚架喇﹗
但佢既刺身食落真係鮮甜一o的腥味都無﹗連從不吃刺身的老友也一試難忘連吃十幾片,真係好食﹗
$348一條,咁鬼大碟抵食瞭吧﹗

魚骨用來椒鹽,送酒一流﹗大傢也食到唔停口﹗

打邊爐最緊要當然係肥牛啦,佢既特級打切牛$168,大大碟,牛肉濃鬱亦雙飛厚切,口感一流﹗正﹗
當然仲飲左成廿支啤酒啦,埋單位位$250,抵吃﹗值得再來呢﹗
