蘋果焗豬扒 [複製鏈接]

材料:       
         豬扒 1 磅(1 lb. pork loin
蘋果 1 隻,去皮去心切厚片(1 apple, peeled and crosscut into thick pieces
起司粉 3 大匙(3 TBSP grated cheese
麵粉適量(some All-purpose flour
芫荽或蔥切碎少許(some diced coriander or green onion
洋蔥半個切丁(1/2 onion diced
調味料:       
         胡椒粉少許(pinch of pepper
鹽 1/4 小匙(1/4 tsp salt

◎茨汁:(Sauce)
上湯 1/3 杯(1/3 cup chicken broth
玉米粉 2 小匙(2 tsp corn starch
做法:       
        
豬扒洗淨抹乾水,切厚片,加醃料醃 10 分鐘,每件豬扒沾上少許麵粉,煎至兩面皆黃,盛出放烤皿上。Wash, wipe and cut pork loin into thick slices. Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes. Dip both sides of pork with all-purpose flour. And shallow fry until golden brown. Put onto roasting tin.

下油 1 大匙,炒香洋蔥,下蘋果炒片刻,排在盛豬扒的烤皿上,灑上起司粉,放入已預熱好的烤箱中,用中上火烤約 20 分鐘,呈金黃色至熟。Stir fries onion with 1 TBSP oil, add in apple and fry for a while. Arrange on top of pork loin. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat oven and bake over moderate heat for 20 minutes until golden brown.

下油半大匙,煮滾茨汁,淋在豬扒上,灑上蔥花。Add sauce with 1/2 TBSP oill and bring to boil. Pour on cooked dish. Sprinkle on coriander or green onion.
