預覽簡介：
   父親和母親離婚之后，少年凱（下田翔大 配音）跟隨著父親返回了依山傍海的老家，和以做傘為業的祖父一起開始了新的生活。家庭的變故讓凱悶悶不樂，只有在編曲的時候，凱才能夠找回一點點久違的快樂。游步（壽美菜子 配音）和國夫（齊藤壯馬 配音）發現了凱的音樂才華，熱情的邀請他加入他們的樂隊“塞壬”。
　　某天夜里，凱所演奏的樂曲吸引來了一只名為露（谷花音 配音）的人魚，很快的，露和凱便成為了朋友。可是，在村子里，人魚是不祥的象征，它們的出現往往預示著災難和死亡。終于，露的身份還是曝光了，小鎮上的居民們很快便分為了兩派，一派被露天真無邪的舞姿所打動，而另一派則堅決的想要將人魚驅逐出人類的世界
